Medical Concerns

While yoga affects the body in positive ways, we should be conscious of our own limitations from injury past and present and from the normal wear and tear of daily life. In yoga we focus on the slow growth of flexibility and stability or strength, together, and reducing stress and inflammation for maximal health and energy.

Some asana should be avoided by those with a weak heart. Consult a doctor before beginning an exercise regime. Any instruction on this website does not constitute medical advice.

Cancellations happen

Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment are standard. Fee may be incurred for last-minute cancellations and no-shows.

Yoga mats and props are to be provided on site unless agreed upon before appointment.
